Michelle Grant is a Chartered Professional Engineer with experience in both structural design and project management, CPEng registration number 1012598. Prior to forming LGE Consulting, Michelle spent seven years completing structural design works in the Wairarapa. During this time, Michelle completed seismic assessments of many local buildings, earthquake strengthening and other structural design work.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, Michelle worked in Australia on large scale infrastructure construction projects as a site engineer and project manager. This has given her an insight into construction and gives her an opportunity to work with contractors on site related issues.

Stefan Lanser is a Chartered Professional Engineer with sixteen years structural design experience, CPEng registration number 232488. Prior to forming LGE Consulting, Stefan worked for a specialist structural engineering firm in Wellington. At this firm Stefan was responsible for the design of a wide range of structures including an Importance level four NZTA building, a four story storage facility, multi storey motel unit, architecturally designed houses, retaining walls and other structures.

John joined LGE Consulting in 2017 as a structural engineer. Prior to moving to New Zealand, John also was involved in large scale infrastructure construction projects as a site engineer and project manager.

Josh joined the team in 2016 as a structural draughtsmen and engineering technician. Josh provides structural draughting for the team.
